Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are between you and Linelyx LLC (“Linelyx,” “we,” “us”) and govern use of our websites, software, apps, guest portal, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for a business, you confirm you can bind that business. A signed order or master agreement with Linelyx controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
Services
Linelyx provides valet parking software for operators and ticketless guest access (including portal links, SMS, WhatsApp where configured, and temporary QR codes). Features may change as we improve the product.
Your responsibilities
Operators must keep accounts secure, use the Services lawfully, obtain any required guest consent for messaging and data, and follow payment processor rules when payments are enabled. Guests must provide accurate information and not share visit links or QR codes meant only for their visit. The venue and its valet operator remain responsible for physical parking and vehicle handling.
Text messaging / visit messages
These messaging terms apply when you provide a mobile number for Linelyx visit messaging used with ticketless valet parking at participating locations. Messaging is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Program
Linelyx Visit Messaging sends transactional texts about your valet visit (for example a portal link or vehicle ready notice). It is not a general marketing list. Message frequency varies by visit.
SMS (United States and Canada)
For US and Canadian numbers, messages are typically sent by SMS through our messaging provider (such as Telnyx) and wireless carriers. There is no premium charge from Linelyx to receive these messages, but message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Outside the US and Canada
International guests may receive the same type of visit link by WhatsApp when configured, or a temporary unique QR code if messaging is unavailable.
Opt-in
You opt in verbally at vehicle check-in when you provide your mobile number to valet staff for ticketless visit messages, after they explain that you will receive a ticket link and short service updates (for example when your car is ready), that message and data rates may apply, and that you may reply STOP to opt out. Providing a number is optional and is not a condition of parking. You may also confirm a number in a Linelyx form that discloses SMS where that path is offered.
Opt-out and help
To stop program SMS from us, reply STOP. You will get a confirmation and should not receive further program texts from that sender. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email support@linelyx.com. For in-person help with your visit, ask the greeter at the stand. If you have your personal ticket link, open it to see status, pay, or request your car.
Mobile privacy
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We do not sell your phone number. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may recognize you at other participating Linelyx locations using your phone number to prefill name and vehicle details for faster check-in (service use only, not marketing). Acceptable use and IP
You may not abuse, attack, or reverse engineer the Services, or use them for unlawful content or spam. Linelyx and its licensors own the Services. You receive only a limited right to use them as permitted.
Disclaimers and liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, LINELYX DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS IN ANY TWELVE MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THAT PERIOD (OR USD $100 if you paid nothing). Physical vehicle custody and damage disputes are between guest, operator, and venue.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, except where a signed enterprise agreement says otherwise.
