Linelyx LLC (“Linelyx,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our websites, guest portal, operator apps, and related services (the “Services”).
Information we collect
Information is provided by you or collected with permission in connection with valet operations. It may include phone number, name, email, vehicle details (such as plate, make, model, color), visit status and timestamps, parking location notes, damage photos when used, messaging delivery status, and operator account data. Website use may generate standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type).
How we use it
We use this information to run ticketless valet workflows, deliver guest access (portal link, SMS, WhatsApp, or temporary QR), support operators, secure the Services, and meet legal and carrier requirements. We may recognize you at other participating Linelyx locations using your phone number to prefill name and vehicle details for faster check-in. We do not sell phone numbers. We do not use visit SMS consent to market unrelated products without separate permission. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We may share information with the venue or operator serving your visit, and with service providers that host systems, send messages, store media, or process payments on our behalf (only as needed to operate the Services). We do not share mobile numbers with third parties so they can market their own products to you. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Messaging
If you give a mobile number at a participating location and consent to visit messaging, you may receive transactional messages about that visit (for example a ticket link, request/status updates, or when your vehicle is ready). Message frequency is low and visit-based. See our Text Messaging Terms for how opt-in works at the stand, SMS opt-out (STOP), and help (HELP). Mobile information used for these messages is not sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information in our care. No system is perfectly secure. We keep data as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, and support the operator’s legitimate operational needs.
Your choices
Reply STOP to opt out of program SMS. For questions about access or deletion, email support@linelyx.com. We may need to verify your request.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
